To quote accurately, in your brief, we need the answer to the following questions:

a/ Do you have a preference to which brands of uniform apparel you like?

b/ What colour uniforms are you looking at buying?

c/ How many uniforms would you like us to quote on?
We are a business to business wholesale uniform supplier operating on wholesale margins therefore our minimum order is 24 mixed items.
We will consider orders of less than 24 items but our minimum invoice value for any quantity under 24 uniform items begins at $500.00+GST
(Note: the most cost effective quantity breaks are 24, 50, 126, 250, 500, 1000+) 

d/ What size range are you thinking of ordering? We don't need quantities by size yet but to quote we do need to know whether the sizes are available in the style you have chosen.

e/ How many embroideries or prints do you want on the Uniforms? Is there a front LHB embroidery,  a back print, a sleeve embroidery?

f/ How many colours are in each decoration? (Please include white as a print colour if the uniforms you want are coloured) If you can send us a copy of your logo with your quote request, the quote will be more accurate.

g/ Do you require any extras we should know about like sports numbers ?

h/ If you want a screen print, do you have 'Print Ready Art'? Email it to us, we can check it for you right away.

i/ Will you need your order any sooner than our standard turnaround of 1-2 weeks from sign off of 'Embroidery/Print Ready Art'.? If you require our 24 Hour Guaranteed Service, it only applies to selected styles and we need to know at this point. We charge an express fee for this service.

2/ Usually right away, at the most within a couple of hours, we will send back a quote by email.

Note: We have our own embroidery & print factory. Most of our competitors do not. Our quotes should always be competitive. If the quote you receive is not, tell us, we will do our utmost to not be undersold on a like for like quote.

3/ If you accept our quote and want to go ahead, we will require a 50% deposit by credit card pre-auth or payment made by EFT.

4/ Once you have signed off on our 'Order Approval Form', you will have professionally embroidered or printed uniforms ready at our dock within 1-2 weeks of your sign off. (or within 24 hours of your sign off if you choose our 24 Hour Guarantee)

5/ We can freight the goods for you and add the cost to your bill. Transit time for freighting goods is not included in any of our quoted order turnaround times.
